Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order on our website you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.
This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit
card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically confirm that it is in
stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will
void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for
immediate shipment (within 1-2 business days) we will process the charges and submit the
order for shipment.
Order Shipment
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within 1-2
business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24
hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking
out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order
feel free to follow up with us at
orders@thermprocesses.com.
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you
should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrived damaged please send
photos to
returns@thermprocesses.com and we will process an insurance claim on your
behalf.
Cancellations
If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping
charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing the
order.
Return/Refund/Exchange Policy
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase date for full credit (less all shipping
charges) if it is shown to be in new and unused condition. An RGA (Return Goods
Authorization) number must be obtained before returning merchandise.
Please call customer service at 800-433-6309, in advance to obtain an RGA number within 30
days of purchase date.

Out of Stock Policy
The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances
fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the
manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being
replenished. If the item is identified as "Out of Stock", we can special order the item for
you and ship it as soon as we get it. Most items ship within 2 weeks.
Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not
necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if
the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We first try to reply via email and give you 3 days
to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you
provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone
number.
